August news

Due to me having to leave town and help our friend, brad, move I have already updated the page to August.

However...

While the monthly project page is done and functional, it is not "pretty."  That is something I will have to remedy when I return next week.  I hope the beach bag project is one folks will enjoy.

Also there are a few new teddy bears in the store.

I hope to get some more food items up soon.  I was prevented from doing much clay work this month while searching for a "day job."  So we shall see where life leads us.

Oh, and certain roombox designs will not be available until Brad gets his new shop set up in Kansas.  We're not sure how long that will take.  But I will let you all know when he's back to playing.

Cheers!

Keeping Busy

Good evening, everyone. I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July, and for our French friends a great Bastille Day. I spent our holiday creating a 4th of July roombag setting and stalking the neighborhood fireworks with a friend so he could take pictures.

Things here at KPC are moving along nicely. I'm currently awaiting approval to join a Miniature net-ring for advertising and to be a "good mini neighbor."

I've also been working on next month's how-to: a cloth beach bag.

A couple of new items for the store are in the experimentation phase right now. I'm hoping to perfect them in time for the monthly update.

I'm also working on a workshop that I hope to be teaching at the Greater St. Louis Miniature Show this October. The class subject will be an introduction to sculpting polymer clay foods. Information on all workshops and vendors can be found at their website: http://www.miniaturemuseum.org/ I highly recommend a visit to the museum if you are ever in the St. Louis, Missouri area.
