Tomorrow, Geology 51 and Golf!

Also started a new batch of cider for Eric. Same as the original cider recipe found in the brewing section, but using all S.C. apple juice, because I didn't buy them out of it. I haven't seen it bubbling yet, if it doesn't, I'm going to be pissed.

Also tossed 2 tsp of pectic enzyme into the cyser, in hopes of clarifying it. Either that, or the movement associated set the yeast to work again, and they are once again belching happily.
