I haven't made an entry in a while, so I may as well throw one down.

I started a batch of mead for Kat on Tuesday, March 30. At the end of the month (or thereabouts, as I will not be in town), it should get racked off, the sediment cleaned out, then returned to the carboy. Repeat as necessary to get a clear product as the mead ages for at least a year. (Well, at least 6 months actually, but a year is way better.)

At the end of the month, I will be going to the Blacksmith's Assoc. of Missouri (BAM) 's annual conference. If I got into the classes I want, Friday should be full of about 8.5 hours of smithing instruction. Seven of these in a general blacksmithing group of 20, and the last hour and a half in a bladesmithing class. The next two days are have some demonstrations that should be awesome, I'm pretty excited about it.

Rolla, as usual, is annoying the hell out of me. Hellboy isn't in our theatre. Very annoying.

Classes go. Out of the pain that was the round of tests two weeks ago, I got an A, a B, and a C. A fair spread, not happy about some of it, but I studied my ass off for all of them, so I'm not too disappointed.

I should make my way up to KC at some point to visit all of my friends, but haven't found the time in the last few weeks/months. Everyone is in KC, everyone. We need to furnish a warehouse.
