50 reps squats on the sled, 80 kilos + body weight.
40 reps ankle push on the sled, 80 kilos + body weight.
Preacher's bench curl, 10 reps at 50 lbs, 10 reps at 60 lbs
Thigh abductors, 80 lbs, 30 reps

Butterfly (pectoral), 60 lbs, 30 reps

Also, we grilled today, burgers and corn. I took the chance to use the dying coals to defrost/further smoke the frozen pork butt. It tastes better than ever due to increased surface area. Going to braise it in some BBQ sauce tomorrow for a picnic at Lane Springs. Also going to get some brewing done tomorrow.
